Live grass wallpaper [remix] 0.8.31

On the very first android there was a live grass wallpaper and despite open source of this app nobody ever port it on modern android versions so I have to. Unfortunately I have zero skills and acknowledges in building apps so 95% of it\s code generated by Chat GPT and perhaps irrational as anything generated by AI. Anyway at least it works on Android 13+ somehow. At least it works for me.
