MyCHOP is the online patient health portal for patients and families of Children\s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Schedule appointments with your child’s pediatrician, or schedule in-person or video visits with a growing list of pediatric specialists. Use your phone’s camera to attend video visits with your child’s provider. Send messages to your child’s provider and request prescription refills and referrals. You can also access a current list of your child’s medications, immunizations, allergies, physician-released test results, growth charts, as well as a health summary and your account billing summary.
