WHAT IS PILLAGE? Pillage is an originally designed game from India, jumping off of ancient Indian board games such as Ludo and Parchisi/Pachisi/Parcheesi and incorporating Mahabharata’s mythological characters. It is the game that kings of yesteryears would have been proud to play in their day. It is a new, turn based, dice and strategy card driven online board game, where players battle each other in multiplayer as epic heroes. Playing as Arjun, Duryodhan, Shakuni, or Balram, players battle in an easy to start playing collision course, where choices of hero, powers, and the path taken trump the dice numbers. PILLAGING EXPERIENCE Pillage can be played both in 3D (front view) and 2D (top view). The game includes vivid graphics and colourfully crafted wooden warrior figurines playing on the map of the Indian battlefield of Kurukshetra. Pillage also has multi-coloured battle power cards, reminiscent of the Uno game. There is a soundtrack of multiple battle themes that will immerse you into the wars. You play by rolling the dice and deploying battle cards on your turn. HOW TO PILLAGE? Starting the game - Select a game mode: 4-player Rumble mode or 2-player Blitz Mode. - Select the warrior and kingdom of your choice. Each player plays with 2 warriors. - Roll 1 or 6 on the dice to unleash a warrior. - Wisely deploy and time the available battle power cards. Game objective - When your warrior reaches the intersection at the board centre, choose a path to raid 1 opposing warrior. - Raid and pillage the chosen opponent\s castle and then return home. - Player to have both warriors complete the pillage and return back home wins. Warrior captures - Capture warriors by landing on them, but also avoid capture from opponents. - All coloured cells and castles are safe zones. - Captured warriors re-start from their last entered castle (own or opponent castle) as a save point. LOOK OUT FOR… - Each warrior has a unique set of powers, ranging from offensive to defensive powers - Each power can be used only once during a game! - At the centre of the battleground, players must choose a direction and commit to that path - Watch out ahead and behind as warriors can be captured from both directions!
