SpermCell is a complete kit consisting of disposable slides and lens system that performs computer-assisted sperm analysis independently from the computer and laboratory environment, with its own packaging and software. After the analysis of the 5-second video taken with the SpermCell mobile phone application, it sends the result as a pdf file to the phone. In the result report, the total sperm count, motility rate, curvilinear, linear and average velocity values and motile sperm count of the sample are given. SpermCell currently only works with human and bull sperm.
